What the Hell are they teaching in there?

If I have one more Culinary School grad drop his phone in the stock pot while straining soup I'm going to personally go down to CIA and tell them they need a course in not keeping your fricking phone in a chef coat front pocket.

(As punishment I have them clean the grease traps and I'm proud to say I have the cleanest grease traps in town right now.)
